They provided excellent recommendations for critical updates for our 30-year old home at a reasonable cost to make it more presentable to buyers, helped us to pick most attractive paint and carpet colors, had the property photographed professionally, conducted a thorough market study for price setting, and promoted the house aggressively in multiple ways. All this led to the sale of our house within a week at the full asking price. Christina and Dan are the best team to work with if you want make your house selling the least stressful or even an enjoyable process.
